Use of the Knox-Conn optical backbone, wavelength services, and BGP Anycast transit is subject to the terms of this Enterprise Master Service Agreement (MSA).

1. Service Level Guarantees

Knox-Conn commits to a 99.999% availability SLA on all protected DWDM wavelength corridors and dark fiber pairs, with automatic service credit remedies for downtime exceeding specified optical thresholds.
